Notes from the coach
Tennis Xpress + is designed as a continuation of Tennis Xpress. This course is for players who have already completed the Tennis Xpress course, or for those returning to tennis after a break, and who want to regain confidence and learn to play the game. The aim of the course is for players to be able to play with a yellow ball in a full size court, enabling them to play social doubles within the session so that they can then join social tennis at their club as a next step. Please note: you must be a member of Rugby LTC in order to take part in programme activity
